At bStill, we love to address complicated problems and help to change lives. High quality professional therapy and coaching is an investment in your life that requires a commitment of time, resources, and energy from both clients and providers. Our providers are life-long learners, committed to engaging in constant training in specialized areas. We aren’t content to take your money and just listen- and nod -week after week. We want to you to see results.
Many people struggle with understanding how to evaluate the value of therapy. It may be helpful to consider: What is the value of solving your problem for good, and significantly improving your life and your ability to reach your goals?
Is it $20? $5,000? $10,000? More?
Every day, most Americans spend money and energy on things that do not make their lives better. We spend money on restaurants, Netflix, coffee, alcohol, cars, and hobbies that do not significantly elevate the quality of our lives. When considering treatment for a troublesome issue, it is important to carefully think about financial investment as well as the cost of NOT making changes. How much value do you place on a healthy marriage, a calmer mind and body, or a better understanding of who you are and what you are capable of doing with your life?
Even if you aren’t sure about working with bStill, we invite you to call and inquire about how to choose a therapist for your problem. We strongly feel that even 20$ is too much to pay for therapy that does not help you, or that is not a good fit. However, we see beautiful changes happen every week, and we want everyone- wherever they go- to have a good therapeutic experience.
We offer an array of integrative services for which there are different fee structures, often ranging from $125-$155 for professional services, and $60-$100 for coaching services. Groups, classes, retreats, and workshops will also have different rates. Additionally, Chrissy will personally talk with you about your unique concerns and help match you with a provider who can best help you. This phone consultation is complementary.
Forms of Payment
Some bStill providers accept private insurance and EAP’s (eg Cigna, Mines and Associates EAP, Tricare, Profile EAP, Optum, UnitedHealthCare, ValueOptions, Beacon, etc.), HSA “Health Savings Accounts,” Payment Plans or “bundle” options, or “out of network” insurance benefits. NO PROVIDERS ACCEPT MEDICAID AT THIS TIME (please let us know if you have Medicaid before scheduling for a service). All providers accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards- including health savings account cards.
“Out of network” with your Insurance
Your insurance may cover our services if you have “out-of-network” coverage. At the end of each month, we can provide a receipt with codes for you to submit to your insurer or benefits department. Please check with your insurance carrier.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You are responsible for payment and obtaining any reimbursement from insurers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you choose to use your insurance, please be aware that they may request information from us (e.g. diagnosis, dates of treatment and treatment notes or summaries). If this should occur, we will discuss it with you and get your written permission to release this information before doing so.
Feel free to talk to us about the advantages and disadvantages of using whatever coverage you have. There are many advantages to privately paying, but the decision is yours.

Available in person and on hybrid online format.
We do not offer a sliding scale fee.
